Many enterprises submit application profile for listing shares on stock market

Although the stock markets have been in downtrend and is facing difficulties in liquidity, many enterprises still showed their determination to start listing shares.

In details, from early April up to now, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has witnessed 9 enterprises submitting the application profiles for listing shares on the northern bourse with total registered chartered capital of 916 billion dong. In addition, the northern floor has granted certificates for other 7 firms to officially start listing shares on the floor. There were four enterprises making debut sessions at that time, including Viteco Telecommunication Technology JSC (coded VIE), Hoi An Investment Development Construction JSC (DIH), Sonadezi Services JSC (SDV) and Hong Phat Investment and Construction JSC (HPR).

At the same time, Hochiminh Stock Exchange (STC) announced to have received the application profiles for listing shares on southern bourse of eight firms with total chartered capital of 1.322 trillion dong. Additionally, the functional authority has already approved in principle for four enterprises of Becamex Concrete JSC, BIDV Insurance Joint Stock Corp (BIC), Coma 18 and Saigon Vien Dong Technology JSC. The other three companies of Saigon Tourist Transportation JSC (STT), Japan-Vietnam Medical Equipment JSC (JVC) and Bac Giang Mineral Processing JSC have already been granted certificates for listing shares on the stock market.

On April 20, Docimexco JSC made its debut session with share code of FDG. IDI International Development Investment Joint Stock Co (coded IDI) also announced to officially start listing shares on STC on June 30, 2011. – DTCK
