LIX pays second round dividend at 35pct

The management board of LIX Detergent Joint Stock Co (coded LIX) has lately passed the plan of paying 2010 dividend – the second round at applied ratio of 35 percent in cash.



This decision was passed by the members of the company’s management board right after finishing the annual shareholders meeting held on April 2, 2011.



The shareholders list will be closed on April 21, 2011 for dividend payment purposes. The dividend was expected to be allocated for shareholders at company’s head office and other securities companies from May 6, 2011.



Last year, LIX has paid dividend for shareholders at 50 percent ratio. However, in 2011, the company has lowed the dividend payment rates to 30 percent.
