Licogi 16.6 JSC to offer 3.9m shares priced at 12,500 dong/share


The State Securities Commission (SSC) has recently granted licence for Licogi 16.6 Joint Stock Co (LCS) to offer shares to the public.

Accordingly, LCS is allowed to offer 3.9 million ordinary shares at the par value of 10.000 dong per share to the public, of which, 2.695 million shares will be allocated to the existing shareholders, 205,000 shares for the company’s employees and one million shares for strategic partners.

The offering price will be 12,500 dong per share.

The company expects to raise about 48.75 billion dong from the share issuance and then its chartered capital will be raised from 41 billion dong to 80 billion dong.

Ending the last trading session of last week (March 4), LCS-coded shares reached the average trading price of 12,600 dong per share.
