KSC pays 2010 dividend


The UPCoM-listed Khanh Hoa Salt Joint Stock Co (coded KSC) announced that March 17 would be ex-dividend session for purposes of paying the second round dividend and holding annual shareholders meeting. The registration deadline would be March 21.



Accordingly, the company will pay dividend in cash at applied ratio of 9.5 percent, from April 28, 2011. KSC will announce the place and time to hold annual shareholders meeting later.



Previously, the salt producer had advanced first round dividend in cash at 5 percent.



At present, the company is listing shares on UPCoM with approximate chartered capital of 37.4 billion dong. The company mainly operates in producing, trading, importing and exporting salt products, importing raw materials, equipment and transportation vehicles to serve in salt industry.
