Interbank forex rate climbs to 20,688 dong/US dollar March 23

From early this week so far, the interbank forex rate has increased 15 dong/US dollar to the highest level since February 25. The ceiling forex rate applied at commercial banks today (March 23) is 20,895 dong/US dollar, according to the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV).

As announced by the central bank, the interbank average forex rate today (March 23) is 20,688 dong/US dollar, increasing 5 dong/US dollar from yesterday and marking the highest level since February 25 so far.

At Vietnam Commercial Joint Stock Bank for Foreign Trade (Vietcombank-VCB), the forex rate is listed at 20,890 dong/US dollar (buying price), Sacombank at 20,865 dong, VietinBank at 20,890 dong, ACB at 20,880, Eximbank at 20,875, and Bidv at 20,890 dong per US dollar.
