Interbank average forex rate slips to 20,703 dong/US dollar May 10

As announced by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), the interbank average forex rate today (May 10) is 20,703 dong/US dollar, falling 5 dong/US dollar from yesterday.

Accordingly, the forex rate ceiling at commercial banks today will be 20,910 dong/US dollar and the floor forex rate at 20,496 dong/US dollar.

Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank-STB) today raised the US dollar buying-selling prices by 20 dong, SCB raised 10 dong for US dollar buying price and lowered 10 dong for US dollar selling price.

The buying price of US dollar at banks is higher than the floor price by 14-64 dong while the selling price of US dollar is lower than the ceiling price by 230-260 dong and lower than the interbank average forex rate by 23-53 dong.
