INT Group continues offering villas in Melody Sky Villas at 1.2b dong
INT Group announced to continue offering for sale three land plots with area ranging from 300-400 square metres under the resort complex of Melody Sky Villas project in Ky Son Dist, Hoa Binh province with average price of 1.2 billion dong per plot.
In the first offering, the group had sold all the products in The Melody – Sky Villas 1 in March 2011.
Sky Villas belong to The Melody Villas resort complex in Dan Hoa Commune, Ky Son Dist, Hoa Binh province.
There are three groups of villas in this complex, including Melody Fantasy, Melody Sky Villas and Melody Villas, together with other services facilities such as restaurant, swimming pool, spa, tennis court and gymnastic centre.
When officially in operation in Q4 of 2012, the villa owners can access professional services to meet their demand such as asset management, house-maid, health care etc. – Vietbiz24
