Insulation Panel Co., Ltd. Building Trademark by Excellent Quality

Insulation Panel Co., Ltd was formerly the Binh Chanh Panel Enterprise and was governed by the Saigon Frozen Food Export Company. Since its transformation from a State-owned entity into a limited liability company, Insulation Panel Co., Ltd has become a highly-valued and well-reputed trademark on the market.
Insulation Panel Co., Ltd specialises in manufacturing and trading insulated panels, assembling PU and EPS freezing storage facilities, and installing prefabricated buildings, industrial buildings, floating buildings, rural berths and bridges, etc. The company is powered by modern equipment and machinery imported from leading installation panel producers like Japan, Italy and the United States and is staffed by senior technicians trained in Australia. With its advantages, the company continuously renovates models and improves quality. Since its incorporation in 1989, the company has carried out hundreds of big projects such as Art Exhibition House, Dam Sen Ice Park, Japan – Vietnam Joint Venture 1,000 Tonne Food Store in An Giang province, Kinh Do Cake Company’s drying and frozen area, etc. These works are undertaken by the company’s experienced engineers under the guidance of Australia, Taiwanese and Singaporean experts. Thus, the quality and construction pace are always ensured.
Insulation Panel Co
Apart from traditional products such as polyurethane (PU) panels and expandable polystyrene (EPS) panels that meet the ISO9001 – 2000 standard, Insulation Panel Co., Ltd is also a pioneer in the country in developing SPRAY FOAM – filling polyurethane to form a complete block in-situ. Dozens of projects have been completed by this method such as frozen storage systems of Thai Binh Duong Company and Toan Thang Company. More and more customers choose this method because of its outstanding advantages over other methods.
The company previously operated in the seafood processing industry; thus, following its transformation, it strongly invested in EPS panel products to serve the export seafood processing industry. With superior features, EPS panels of the company quickly occupied the market. To date, the company has supplied more than 400,000 types of EPS panels for frozen seafood exporters. The company’s products have reduced reliance on foreign products and helped save a large sum of foreign currencies for the State forex reserves.
More importantly, the company has actively provided information, methods and solutions for small and midsized enterprises to restore their downgraded freezing facilities by spray foam technologies, an economical approach for companies with limited budgets.
Apart from manufacturing cold warehouses, Insulation Panel Co., Ltd also constructs industrial workshops, clean rooms for the medicine industry, food processing industry and hospitals. Additionally, the company also supplies cold storage facilities for offshore fishing boats by spray foam technology to maximise energy saving and heatproof features. Currently, Insulation Panel Co., Ltd is tentatively exporting cold warehouses and workshops to Canada, mainly for Vietnamese businesses. Initial results promise a bright prospect for the company to expand presence in this market.
“Prestige and quality” are the aim Insulation Panel Co., Ltd always strives to reach in all of its manufacturing and trading activities. To date, the company has obtained a strong foothold in its market segments.
