HUD invests 593b dong to build 1,507 apartments in Binh Duong

The project management board No 8, under House and Urban Development Group (HUD) announced to finish designing works for the An Sinh Housing Complex under Chanh My Urban Area, Binh Duong province.

The construction on this project was expected to start in January 2011 and finished by Q4 of 2011.

An Sinh Housing Complex was sited in an area of 30,803 square metres in Chanh My ecological urban area, Binh Duonh province.
There will be seven blocks of A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, B and C, each block is 12-storey high. After completion, there will be 1,507 apartments to be supplied in the market with total flooring area of 95,397 square metres. The total investment capital was estimated at over 593 billion dong.
