Housing developer gets approval in new tourism area in Con Dao Island

Ba Ria-Vung Tau province people’s committee has lately approved in principle for Ba Ria-Vung Tau Housing Development Joint Stock Co (coded HDC) to make investment in Mui Lo Voi tourism complex, Con Dao Island. At present, the company was working with other relevant authorities for carrying out the next step for this project.

At the moment, the housing developer was implementing six projects with total area of 39 hectares including Phu My new urban area, Sao Mai Ben Dinh housing complex, Ngoc Tuoc Hill 2 housing complex, residential quarter at No 199 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia St, the 18-storey apartment building at Phu My urban area and Hill 2 residential quarter.

Together with realising these projects, the company expected to surpass the targeted plan of gaining 100 billion dong of profit in 2010. – Vietstock
