Hoa Phat Group targets 2011 EPS of 5,528 dong


In its annual shareholders held on March 31, 2011, the shareholders of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Co (coded HPG) approved the 2010 dividend at 30 percent and 40 percent in 2011. The company’s EPS was targeted at 5,528 dong.



In addition, the group also passed the 2011 targeted year plan with total revenue of 17.5 trillion dong and after tax profit of 1.865 trillion dong, increasing by 20 percent and 35 percent year-on-year.



The company expected to have whole-year EPS of 5,528 dong over chartered capital of 3.178 trillion dong.



As for paying 2010 dividend – the second phase at 10 percent, many shareholders suggested paying in cash, instead of in shares. The management board has already approved for paying dividend in the near future.



In 2010, Hoa Phat Group reported gaining total revenue of 14.493 trillion dong and after tax profit of 1.376 trillion dong.
