Hoa Phat Group builds 2nd steel refinery production line

Hoa Phat Minerals Joint Stock Co, member company of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Co (coded HPG) has lately decided to start construction works on the second steel ore production line in Au Lau Steel Refinery in Yen Bai province, in order to increase supplies of refined steel ore for Hoa Phat Cast Iron and Steel Complex.

The second production line will be built next to the first one in Dang Con Hamlet, Au Lau Commune, Yen Bai City. The construction work was expected to start in late June and finish by the end of 2010. The group planned to apply advanced technologies for the new production line.
