HNX to hold tender for 2tr dong of G-bond on April 21

Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has recently announced to organise an auction for two trillion dong of G-bonds issued by the State Treasury on April 21 via the northern bourse.

In details, at 2:00 pm April 21, the northern bourse will offer two trillion dong of G-bonds including one trillion dong for 3-year term bonds (to be issued on April 25, 2011 and matured on April 28, 2014) and another one trillion dong of 5-year term bonds (to be issued on April 25, 2011 and matured on February 15, 2016).

The G-bonds will be tendered under the competitive coupon rate method.

The principle will be paid once when due and the yield will be paid periodically every year on the same day of the maturity date.
