HNX approves share-listing by ORS

Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has in principle approved Orient Securities Joint Stock Co (ORS) plan for listing 24 million shares on northern market.

The founding members of the securities firm include Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Saigon general Services Joint Stock Co (Savico) and Ben Thanh Corp (Sunimex).

On the basic of cooperating with Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank, the stock trader would help create favourable conditions to make transaction, mortgage, repo stock.

The company’s main business lines include services of brokerage, self-trading, stock depository and financial investment.
