HBS holds 51pct stake in An Phu Fund Management Co


The management board of Hoa Binh Securities Joint Stock Co (coded HBS) has recently approved the resolution of purchasing shares of An Phu Fund Management Joint Stock Co (HNX-listed HBS) with the applied capital contribution ratio of 51 percent over chartered capital.



The management board has authorised the chair to negotiate the purchase at price of no more than 15,000 dong per share. At the same time, the total value of investment and capital contribution would not exceed 20 percent of total asset value of HBS.



The securities firm planned to use the ownership capital for this deal.
