HBC kicks off construction on Celadon City project

Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Trading Joint Stock Co. (HBC), the project’s main contractor, officially held the ground breaking ceremony for Celedon City project.
HBC took responsibility for building the Block A and B, Ruby Zone including 1,448 apartments, public facilities and basement for Plot A2. The total value for this bidding package was posted at 800 billion dong.

The construction works were expected to last for 23 months.

Celadon City project (Tan Thang Residential and Sport Complex) was conducted by Saigon Thuong Tin Tan Thang Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Co., the joint venturebetween Sacomreal and Gemuda Land, member company of Malaysia-based Gamuda Berhad Group, as the main investor.

The project was sited in Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu Dist, HCM City in an area of 82.5 hectares, including apartments, houses, and other public services facilities such as schools, trade centre, sport centre and theme park. – Source: Vietbiz24.com
