Hanoi to host energy efficiency exhibition

The 3 rd Environment and Energy Technology International Exhibition (Entech Hanoi 2011) will be held in Hanoi from May 25-28.
This year’s exhibition, with the theme of “Energy efficiency – environment, business efficiency and sustainable development” is expected to draw the participation of almost 70 enterprises from Vietnam, the Republic of Korea (RoK), Hong Kong, mainland China and New Zealand, to introduce their energy saving and environmental protection products.

According to Pham Trung Son, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, the event will create favourable conditions for enterprises in Hanoi to approach and invest in advanced technologies, energy saving and environmentally friendly technological products.

It will also assist domestic and foreign enterprises in promoting their energy saving equipment and technologies, low-waste production technologies and environmental technologies.

During the exhibition, many seminars on energy saving and environmental issues will be held, including discussions on enhancing energy efficiency in buildings, family homes and industrial establishment. – Vietnamplus
