Hanoi has new grade A office building

Savills Vietnam on September 10 offered for sale the office floors in the Charmvit Tower located at 117 Tran Duy Hung Street in Hanoi City’s Cau Giay District.
The Charmvit Tower, a grade A office building with 27 floors and two basements, is capable of providing large floors with a total area of 45,000 square meters, and includes several other auxiliary facilities including convention centers and commercial centers.
