Hanoi is expected to lure US$1.5 billion from 455 projects in 2011, 390 of which are newly-licensed projects with a total registered capital of US$760 million.

According to the City Statistics Office, investment development capital was estimated at approximately VND130,000 billion, up 11.6 percent from 2010. VND37,574 billion was from the State budget, up 5.4 percent.
