Hai Minh JSC to allocate bonus shares


The northern bourse-listed Hai Minh Joint Stock Co (coded HMH) has approved for allocating bonus shares under the ratio of 3:1 and offering 850,000 shares for strategic partners and existing shareholders.



In details, the company’s management board has already passed the plan of allocating bonus shares in Q3 of 2011, using the capital surplus of 19.4 billion dong. The applied ratio would be 3:1.



The management board would select the appropriate time to issue 850,000 shares under ratio of 5:2 and to strategic partners with price of 15,000 dong and for existing shareholders at 10,000 dong per share.



At present, the company has chartered capital of 56.16 billion dong.



Last year, HMH reported gaining total revenue of 109.67 billion dong, after tax profit of 34.7 billion dong and dividend rates of 25 percent in cash.



The company targeted to reach total revenue of 109.07 billion dong and after tax profit of 34 billion dong in 2011.
