Hai Ha confectionery maker expects $1m exports in 2011


Hai Ha Confectionery Joint Stock Co (HHC) on March 26 organised its annual shareholders’ meeting to pass this year business plan wit 560 billion dong revenue, 27 billion dong of pre tax profit, increasing two billion dong against 2010′s, and 12 percent dividend payment.



The company also expects to gain 20 percent annual growth to reach $1 million of export turnover in 2011.



At the same time, from 2011-2015, HHC will carry out the project to build its new factory in Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) Bac Ninh. The company’s investment capital for basic construction in 2011 is estimated at 40 billion dong.



HHC said that in order to ensure the financial source for project in following years, HHC is negotiating with Megastar Land Co to convert the land using purpose of 25 hectares in Truong Dinh after the company finalises the relocation.
