Group seeks renewable energy deals with Germans

SVA, a private financial group in Vietnam, has sought partnerships with German companies in producing renewable energy, especially solar, wind, and geothermal power.

During its week-long business trip to Germany from June 13-20, SVA reached a deal with solar cell maker, IB VOGT, for the use of its latest technology for SVA’s planned 100MW solar battery plant.

SVA CEO Nguyen Minh Son also held working sessions with the Multi-Energy Company aiming to establish co-operative ties through which it can connect with other European partners to import advanced technology for SVA’s renewable energy projects.

The SVA executives were received by Vietnamese Ambassador to Germany Do Hoa Binh, who pledged to create the best conditions to facilitate SVA’s co-operation with German businesspeople and scientists in the renewable energy field.
