Gold prices hit 37.69 million dong/tael

At 9:25 am today June 29, the gold price in the local market continued to increase 20,000 dong per tael from yesterday morning to 37.74-37.77 million dong/tael (selling price) and 37.68-37.69 million dong/tael (buying price).

The gap between the buying and selling prices is about 60,000-80,000 dong.

In comparison with last weekend, the gold price in the domestic market increased by 70,000 dong per tael.

The world gold price for spot delivery at 9:33 am today (Vietnamese time) was at $1,504.6 per ounce, lower by 360,000 dong/tael than the local gold price (according to the forex rate at Vietnam Commercial Joint Stock Bank for Foreign Trade (Vietcombank-VCB) at 20,640 dong/US dollar).
