Gold price drops another 200,000 dong to 37.7m dong/tael

The gold price in the domestic market in the morning June 14 continued to slip 200,000 dong to trade at 37.57-37.68 million dong/tael.
Particularly, at 9:12 am, the gold price of Bao Tin Minh Chau Co was listed at 37.57 million dong per tael (buying price) and 37.67 million dong/tael (selling price) and the SJC gold price was at 37.57-37.67 million dong/tael (buying-selling prices).

The PNJ-DAB gold price at Phu Nhuan PNJ Jewelry JSC at 8:50 am was quoted at 37.6-37.67 million dong/tael (buying-selling prices) and the SJC gold price was at 37.6-37.67 million dong per tael.

At 8:00 am at Saigon Thuong Tin Jewelry JSC, the SBJ gold price was traded at 37.56-37.69 million dong/tael (buying-selling prices), the SJC gold price at 37.55-37.7 million dong/tael.

The SJC gold price in HCM City of Saigon Jewelry Co at 8:30 am was traded at 37.62-37.68 million dong/tael. The SJC gold price in Hanoi was at 37.62-37.7 million dong per tael. In Da Nang, the SJC gold price was 37.63-37.68 million dong per tael.

On June 14, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) continued to keep the interbank average forex rate unchanged at 20,618 dong per US dollar, marking the lowest level since the daily forex rate adjustment (February 11). The floor-ceiling forex rate of commercial banks was also remained unchanged at 20,412-20,824 dong/US dollar.

The difference between the US dollar buying-selling prices and the forex rate ceiling still remained high at 244 dong. – Vietbiz24
