Ganh Hao 2 bridge officially opened to public

Ministry of Transport and Ca Mau province people’s committee officially inaugurated and put into operation Ganh Hao 2 bridge on September 16, 2010.

The Ganh Hao Bridge project included constructing Ganh Hao 2 bridge and finishing the current Ganh Hao 1 Bridge, under WB3 project with the support from ODA source of World Bank.

The ministry of transport was the main investor for this project.

Ganh Hao 2 Bridge has total length of 800 metres, with the six-lane main bridge of 209 metres long and 28 metres wide. The construction was started in March 2009 and finished about one month earlier than the expected plan.
