Foreigners net buyers of 15.68b dong Vietnam shares Tuesday

Foreign investors were net buyers of 15.68 billion dong ($ 746,600) of Vietnamese stocks Tuesday out of a total 700 billion dong traded, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange said.

Volume was 30 million shares, with foreigners accounting for 10.6 percent, the stock market operator said.

Foreigners were net buyers of 362,130 shares in fertiliser producer PetroVietnam Fertiliser & Chemical JSC, 282,700 shares in Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, known as Vietinbank, and 236,950 shares in brokerage firm Saigon Securities Inc.

In the month to date, foreigners were net buyers of 21.27 billion dong of Vietnamese stocks on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
