Firms encouraged to embrace online bids
The Ministry of Planning and Investment encouraged companies and organisations to start using online bidding on Tuesday.
Companies will bid for services such as consultation, goods purchases and public tenders of construction projects.
It will be piloted by the Ha Noi People’s Committee, the Viet Nam Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) and Electricity of Viet Nam.
