EVN invests nearly 40tr dong in Jan-Sept.

Electricity of Vietnam (EVN)’s payment for principal debts and interest rate accounted for nearly 40 percent of the group’s total investment value in the first nine months of this year, according to the group’s report on investment activities and business production in Jan-Sept.
Accordingly, the group’s total investment value was 39.048 trillion dong in Jan-Sept.

Of which, the group’s net investments were 24.629 trillion dong, payment for principal debts and capital contribution for power investment projects was 14.419 trillion dong, accounting for 37 percent of the group’s total investment value.

In Jan-Sept., the power output of the whole system reached over 80 billion kWh, up 9 percent from the same period last year. EVN’s power output in Jan-Sept. was estimated at 79 billion kWh, up nearly 10 percent on year, of which, electricity production increased 12 percent and electricity purchase increased 7 percent on year.

The commercial electricity in Jan-Sept. was estimated at over 70 billion kWh, rising 11 percent year-on-year.
