EVE plans to issue bonus shares


Everpia Vietnam Joint Stock Co (coded EVE) planned to issue bonus shares to allocate for existing shareholders at ratio of 50 percent. In addition, the company would also offer 410,000 buying warrants for current employees.



In 2011, the company’s management board also planned to submit the 2011 business plan with targeted revenue of 719 billion dong and profit of 130 billion dong.



Last year, the company posted gaining 567 billion dong of revenue and 144 billion dong of after tax profit. EVE paid dividend at 20 percent in cash and planned to contribute 14.4 billion dong in Fund for Research and Scientific & Industrial Development.



The annual shareholders meeting was supposed to be held at 9:30 on April 16, 2011 in Fortuna Hotel, No 6B Lang Ha St.
