Some 300 companies from nine countries and territories are expected to participate in an international exhibition of construction, building materials, housing and interior/exterior decorations, known as Vietbuild, which will take place in southern Dong Nai Province from November 26 to December 1.

The six-day event, themed Industry, Commerce and Construction in the Southern Key Economic Zone, will be a venue for participants to introduce their products, seek business partners and promote their brands.

The organizer says some 500 booths have been registered from companies from Germany, Japan, China, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, among others.

The organizer says this will be the first time Vietbuild will be held in Dong Nai, a good chance to showcase the potentials of the southern region. The event will take place at the provincial Culture and Sports Complex in Bien Hoa City.

Vietbuild will include a seminar on applying new technology and products in construction.

To organize this event, the province has teamed up with AFC International Exhibition Fair Corporation, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Planning and Investment and other organizations.
