Domestic goods prices continues to rise

The prices of domestic goods have continued the momentum to go up since the end of September, especially milk and food prices the local online newspaper VnMedia reported on November 3, citing the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

In details, Friso milk raised VND20,000 per a 900-gram box to between VND357,300-VND282,600/box. Abbott 1 and 2 saw an increase of VND15,000 per a 900-gram-box to between VND355,000-VND360,000/box. Vinamilk also posted an increase of VND600. Friesland Campania Vietnam company raised its milk material by VND1,300/kg.

Prices of other staples in the super market have increased by 10%-20% since August, including cake, home appliances, noodle, etc.

In the open market, vegetable and fruit have been soared between 30%-50% since the middle of October.

The goods prices are estimated to continue moving up in the coming time due to higher domestic dollar prices. – Stoxplus.com
