DNC aims to reach net profit of 3.7b dong in 2011


The management board in Hai Phong Electricity, Water Supplying and Machine Assembly Joint Stock Co (coded DNC) has lately passed the 2011 business plan with targeted after tax profit of 3.75 billion dong.



The company aimed to reach total revenue of 85 billion dong, and pay dividend at 13-15 percent over the chartered capital.



In addition, March 16 would be the ex-dividend session for the company’s current shareholders in order to purchase 802,548 shares at offered price of 10,000 dong per share under applied ratio of 2:1.

Moreover, the existing shareholders will receive paid dividend in cash at 12 percent, from April 14, 2011.



The company will hold annual shareholders meeting at 8:00 AM, April 15 in Trade Union Hotel, No 12 Ho Sen St, Hai Phong City.



Last year, the company reported gaining total revenue of 79.5 billion dong and net profit of 2.27 billion dong.
