Da Nang-Quang Ngai expressway project costs over 29tr dong

Da Nang City Department of Transport announced on June 4, 2010 that Ministry of Transport has recently submitted for approval to the government the Da Nang-Quang Ngai expressway project.

The new expressway will be built under standards of class A highway, with designed speed of 120 kilometres per hour. The total investment capital was estimated at 29.203 trillion dong.

At present, Ministry of Transport has assigned Vietnam Expressway Investment and Development Co (VEC) as the main investor of this project under BOO method (Building-Operating-Owning) in order to create favourable condition for raising investment capital.
