Construction firm to list on southern bourse in Sep

Chuong Duong Corporation (CDC) on August 27 was allowed to change its all 12.465715 million shares on the northern bourse to officially list on the southern one on Sep 13 at initial price of 29,000 dong per share (+-20 percent).

At last trading session on the northern bourse, August 30, the firm’s shares reached ceiling price to 27,700 dong.

In first six months of this year, CDC gained 181.15 billion dong of revenue, up 25.8 percent and after tax profit 18.4 billion, up 43.65 percent year-on-year, EPS of 1,767 dong.

CDC, a member of Construction Corporation No1 (CC1), operates in the fields of civil, industrial construction, real estate investment and business.
