Constrexim Holdings to list 26.35m shares on northern bours

Vietnam Investment Construction and Trading Corp. or better known as Constrexim Holdings, with chartered capital of more than 263 billion dong, has registered with the State Securities Commission of Vietnam to list 26.35 million shares on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), VietBiz24.com reported Oct. 3.
Holdings Constrexim is operating in the field of residential, industrial, transportation, irrigation, underground construction projects, construction consultancy, production and trading of construction materials.
State Capital Investment Corp. (SCIC) holds a 44.5% stake in Constrexim Holdings.
The corporation is headquartered at No. 39, Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi. Its website is www.ctx.vn.
This year, Constrexim Holdings aims to reach 1.286 trillion dong revenue and 50.6 billion dong after-tax profit. In 2010, it posted revenue of 1.056 trillion dong and after-tax profit of 49.6 billion dong. – Source:Vietbiz24.com
