CMI to set up subsidiary for hydropower business

Cavico Minerals and Industrial Joint Stock Company (coded CMI) announced capital contribution on August 20 for establishment of Nghe An Energy and Minerals Joint Stock Company to invest Xop Coc hydropower plant in Tuong Duong, Nghe An province.

In details, CMI and Phu Nguyen Hai Co, Ltd set up the company at total 50 billion dong of investment, including 60 percent of CMI, 39 percent of Phu Nguyen Hai, the rest of Le Manh Hai, chair of CMI’s management board.
