Chengdu-Ho Chi Minh City flight route to open soon

At a meeting with the tourism operators from Chendu and Ho Chi Minh City on March 8, the head of the Chinese Sichuan provincial General Department of Tourism said that a flight route between the two cities will open soon.

Representatives from Sichuan Airline and Air China said that they are planning to launch the new flight this summer.

Currently, tourists traveling from Vietnam to Sichuan have to flight first to one of the another province, such as Nanning, Guanzhou, Shanghai or Shenzhen and transfer there.
