Cement producer develops about 1,800 sales agents nationwide

Hoang Mai Cement Joint Stock Co, the member company of Vietnam Cement Industrial Corp, has held the 15th Anniversary ceremony on October 7, 2010 in Quynh Luu Dist, Nghe An provice.

Ta Quang Buu, chair of the company’s management board said with the initial investment capital of over $200 million, the cement producer has invested technologies and equipment from France to build the plant with designed capacity of 4,000 tonnes of clinker per day, or 1.4 million tonnes of cement per year.

Up to now, the cement producer has 33 main distributors ad over 1,800 agents nationwide.

The company’s products have been used in large projects such as Vinh Tuy Bridge, Hanoi, Ban Ve hydropower plant (Nghe An province), Huong Son hydropower plant (Ha Tinh province), the national convention centre (Hanoi) etc.

In 2010, the cement producer aims to produce 1,340,000 tonnes of clinker and 1,875,000 tonnes of cement. – Dautu
