C47 to list shares on southern floor in late March


Hochiminh Stock Exchange (STC) has recently approved in principle for the Construction Joint Stock Co No 47 (coded C47) to officially list shares on the southern bourse.



Accordingly, the company planned to list 8 million shares under the share code of C47, equalling to total share value of 80 billion dong on southern floor by the end of March.



The company has selected BIDV Securities Co (BSC) as the consulting agent.



C47 operates in main business lines of construction on civil and industrial works, hotel management, trading real estates and offering vocation training.
