Bac Lieu wind power plant to be added in general electricity plan No 4

Deputy minister Hoang Trung Hai has recently approved in principle for supplementing the 99MW Bac Lieu wind power plant in the list of general electricity plan No 4.

The deputy minister assigned ministry of industry and trade, working together with Bac Lieu province people’s committee to guide Cong Ly Construction, Trading and Tourism Co Ltd to prepare for investment procedures.

The power plant was supposed to be located along the coastal dyke from Nha Mat-xa Vinh Trach Dong Ward, Bac Lieu Town to the area near Vinh Chau Dist, Soc Trang province.

The project has total investment capital of nearly five trillion dong.
