Bac Lieu shopping centre breaks ground

Hoa Binh Trade Centre began construction in Hoa Binh District, in the southern province of Bac Lieu on Monday.

Covering an area of nearly the 1ha, the centre is financed by the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh District and Bac Lieu Real Estate and Construction JSC with a total investment of VND50 billion (US$2.63 million). The trade centre is expected to operate next July, aiming to connect neighbouring provinces and economic zones in the Mekong Delta area.
