Another serviced apartment building to enter market

Saigon Apartments Joint Venture Co. will put into operation its Saigon Mansion serviced apartment project next month, with CB Richard Ellis Vietnam Co. (CBRE) already chosen as the exclusive marketing unit for the building.
Located on Vo Van Tan Street in HCM City’s District 3, the Saigon Mansion has 72 units on 18 floors with one to three bedrooms.

The building will also have offices for lease, retail space, and utilities such as swimming pool, gym, and restaurant.

The developer expects the project will lure buyers who are businesspeople and other successful people thanks to its ideal location in the city centre.

According to CBRE, there will be more serviced apartment projects in the heart of the city as the area lacks land for large-scale project developments.
Serviced apartments in HCM City are currently offered at some $37, $28, $18.5 per square metre for grade A, B, and C buildings respectively.
