Additional 1.282tr dong for investment project of Cau Gie-Ninh Binh expressway

Minister of Transport has approved the adjustment for the first phase of Cau Gie-Ninh Binh expressway project. Vietnam Expressway Investment and Development Corp is the main investor for this project.

Accordingly, the total investment capital for this construction project will be adjusted from 7.692 trillion dong to 8.974 trillion dong, increasing by 1.282 trillion dong due to supplementing financial items such as the expressway management and operation system, and other service charges, updating the construction costs to be re-calculated under new mechanisms released by the state.

Lately, VEC has suggested ministry of transport about supplementing additional 1.5 trillion dong from state budget and applying toll fee of 800 dong per vehicle per kilometre.
