Accor contracted to manage two new hotels

Que Huong Liberty Joint Stock Co has contracted to hire Accor Group Asia Pacific region to manage its two hotels namely Novotel Saigon Centre (four star) and Pullman five star hotel. Both hotels have total investment capital of $68 million.

In which, Novotel Saigon Centre-joint venture of Que Huong Liberty and Vietnam’s Invesco, is being built on the old ground of Que Huong 1 Hotel in Dist 1, HCM City. It will come into operation by the mist of 2012.

Pullman Hotel will be kicked off on the ground of Metropole Saigon Hotel, Dist 1 in this September and finished by 2013.
