About 5.5m shares of seven companies to be auctioned in March

Hochiminh Stock Exchange (STC) announced to hold the auction session on March 9 for 3,057,200 state-owned shares that PetroVietnam Oil Corp (PV Oil) has owned in Nam Viet Oil Refinery Joint Stock Co (Nam Viet Oil) with initial price of 18,600 dong per share.



There are eight investors, including one domestic organisation, four foreign institutions and three individual investors, have registered for participating the auction session with total registered volume of 5,912,500 shares, surpassing 93 percent over the offered share volume. Nam Viet Oil has current chartered capital of 200 billion dong.



In March, there will be six companies that have registered for holding auction sessions with total registered share volume of 5,477,552 shares.
