3m shares of Nam Viet oil to be auctioned on southern bourse on March 9

Hochiminh Stock Exchange (STC) has announced information about the share auction of Nam Viet Oil Refinery and PetroChemical Joint Stock Co (Nam Viet Oil) via the southern bourse.

In details, the share auction will be held on March 9.

The total number of investors registering to join the auction was 8 people with a total registering volume of 5.91 million shares, 2-fold against the total offering volume (three million shares).

The initial price would be 18,600 dong per share.

Nam Viet Oil has a chartered capital of 200 billion dong including majority shareholders such as PetroVietnam Oil Corp, Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (Bidv), IPA Investment JSC.
