$35m five-star hotel for Quang Nam province

The chair of Quang Nam Province People’s Committee, Le Phuoc Thanh has in principle approved Song Xanh Hoi An Joint Stock Co to become the main investor of Faifo Hotel, a five-star hotel.
It will be a 22-storey hotel to be built in an area of over 5,600 square metres in Ha My coast, Dien Duong Commune, Dien Ban Dist, about 4 kilometres from ancient Hoi An.

The five-star hotel will have total construction area of 3,050 square metres, including restaurant, spa centre, swimming pool, outdoor bar and trade centre with total investment capital of $35 million. – Source: Vietbiz24.com
