2010 MTA exhibition opens in HCM City

About 330 businesses from 23 countries and territories around the world are showcasing their latest products and modern technologies at the 7th Vietnam International Precision Engineering, Machine Tools and Metalworking Exhibition & Conference (MTA Vietnam 2010).

MTA Vietnam 2010 opened at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Centre in HCM City on July 6, displaying modern machines and technologies from Germany, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and the UK.

This is a good opportunity for local and foreign enterprises to share experiences, promote trade and boost the development of the accessory industry in Vietnam.

During the four-day exhibition, two seminars will also be held, focusing on waste management in production and machine maintenance services.

MTA Vietnam 2010, co-organised by two exhibition services companies – one from the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and one from Singapore, attracted around 1 million domestic and foreign visitors.
