1.371tr dong for upgraded Hoi Xuan-Ten Tan road
Thanh Hoa Department of Transport held ground – breaking ceremony of the third phase of upgraded Hoi Xuan-Ten Tan Road on October 15.
The fourth class mountainous work has total length of 112 kilometres with cost of 1.371 trillion dong.
The work will be known as thruway linking provincial economic and politic centres to Laos ones.
After having upgraded, the project will improve Northern Laos’ transportation to Nghi Son Port of Vietnam.
