VNS Securities broker registers to list 16.1m shares on HNX


Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has recently announced receiving the registration dossier from VNS Securities Joint Stock Co (VNS) to list 16.1 million shares on the northern bourse.

The Hanoi-headquartered company has a chartered capital of 161 billion dong, of which, the state shareholders’ holding at 99.94 percent stake and the 0.06 percent remaining held by foreign shareholders.

VNS specialises in securities brokerage, securities investment consultancy, securities self trading and securities depository.

In 2011, the broker targets to bring 94 billion dong in revenue, total costs at 65 billion dong, after tax profit 23 billion dong and plans to offer more shares to hike chartered capital from 161 billion dong to 370 billion dong.

According to the company’s business report, ending 2010, VNS gained 76.93 billion dong of total revenue, total expenditures at 44.2 billion dong and after tax profit at 31.51 billion dong.
